I know that Alex still takes customer service calls every day to try to keep in touch with what the customer issues are.
It must be tough to keep on top of everything with a company that's grown like AW has, but at least they're still trying to address customers concerns. Better late than never...
No excuses though, they screwed up here. But were I you Gendo, I'd let them try once more to make sure your rig gets squared away.
