cannot download files

Hey guys I really need some help here. I cannot downlaod a.dmg file or zip file.Whn I click on the file link for it to download, the message comes as "cannot access the file" in a pop up window. I am downloading a file that I bought at pocketmac so that I can sync my blackberry.I would really appreciate any help.

what browser are u using? and is it possible that something's up w/ the site?

I use firefox. I have the same problem even with safari.

i'd contact the site and ask them what's up. you're using a mac buying from a mac site so i'm guessing it may be an issue on their end.

try using the 'open link target in ie' plugin

I found the answer for it in the Apple support forum. The problem was there was no permission set to download the file in the default location where it was assigned to and when I changed the location it was fine.
