Recovery Discs

Hello, sorry for the newbie question, but
how do I create a recovery discs?

Do I use
start-> all Programs -> accessories -> system tools -> backup

then

"all information on this computer" ?

Is this correct?

NO, you go to control panel an sellect Vaio Recovery wizard ( there is option to create set of recovery media)
