Phew... I thought I am having problem with my machine lol.

Through that I heard that many Demo games gives the mid low quality to play and force you to buy the real one to see real quality.

MY problems with FarCry

Yeah, my buddy and I bought it on sale for $14.99, and my problem with it is weird. When I play the game, with the latest patches of course, there is a weird sort of pop-in/fade-in effect going on that isn't present on my friend's computer (which is far inferior). My friend has an ATI 9600XT, and there is none of this pop-in/fade-in type effect, that my XPS has. What is up? He can practically see the grass and trees and stuff ALL THE WAY down as far as the "eye" can see. Me? I can't see anything that far away, and once I get closer, stuff starts to pop in, then other stuff like grass begins to fade in. What is up???

<nevermind, I was wrong>

THIS IS THE PLACE TO START if you want to really play the game. Take 30 minutes to read and tweak, and you'll be glad you did for hours and hours and hours of game play.

Far Cry Tweaking Guide

Here is where you will be able to set all of your visual settings including water reflections, how well your flashlight works, how smoothly the game plays, etc. Better time you cannot spend if you want to get the most out of the game and your computer.
