Stuck in Phase 8 for almost two weeks

I have been stuck in phase 8 for almost two full weeks now, I am 11 days past the past back order date of 11/19/03 and yet no movement on my lap top.

I must say this will be the last Alienware product I will buy do to the lack of customer service.

Did you call them or send them an email?

yes, if you call them, do option 5 because that will send you to customer support because i wanted to know the status for my laptop and pressed option 2 and after i BS'ed with them for a bit they sent me to customer service and that person can tell you exactly where your laptop is to date and what is taking so long!! I just found out (tuesday 12/2) that the cyborg green is backordered until the end of next week!!! so give them a ring and make sure you get an extension that you can hound for your troubles!
