I was gaming for a couple of hours and suddenly the entire screen gets purple pixels all over. I rebooted the computer and the was a strange shadow and pixels appeared even in the BIOS but not as much. Having the computer turned of for an hour made the pixels disappear and everything was as usual. The next day the pixels appeared again but only a little bit.
So.. I called Acer support here in Sweden and they told me I had one more year of warranty and that I could send the laptop in for repair.
Do you recognize the problem? I really don't have an idea. Maybe heat? At the moment I don't see any strange pixels but they come and go so I am a bit worried.
The lappy is a Acer Travelmate 4501WLMi.
