Could it be that maybe he genuinely wants to help people? I doubt he really cares if people on this forum worship him as an expert or not. He's not flaunting his knowledge to show off, he's sharing it with people who want to know. And in the case of this thread he's trying to figure out why this guy got the cold shoulder from Sager. Since the original poster hasn't enlightened us about the situation, Detective G has done his homework to try to make sense of all this.

If you had your way we would all be sitting in this thread flaming Sager with absolutely no justification besides the fact that we're mad and they suck.

Seems kind of childish to me.

If you post a thread saying Sager is rude, you really need to back it up with at least a summary of what happened. And people shouldn't get mad at other members when the thread starter doesn't post a reason and we're all curious.

So let the flaming stop here. I vote we let this guy tell us his story before we go off on a tangent in his thread.

...And emoticons are NOT Juvenile and Ridiculous.

I hate to continue the flame, but almost all of G-Omaha's posts are helpful, and none are annoying. George, American, on the otherhand gets on my nerves every time he posts something. You always start people arguing and are rarely helpful. If G-Omaha wants to look around for the answer to someones question, so what? Thats being helpful.

Personally, if I were the moderator around here, I'd delete this because the initial post didn't back itself up with facts and the rest of it, despite some people trying to be helpful, is really a waste of time. 2 pages and what've we accomplished?

why would you delte it? im sry but it is freedom of speech it is his right to speak freely. Not everyone is on line like we are. Dont assume things without knowing them and yes sager has terrible tech support. And im not bashing on sage i prefrer them over any other brand in fact im a sager fanboy. I love sager but there tech support is crippled and needs a touch up and if it does i think sager can be able to challenge companies liek dell. Its like dell people can say what they want to say about it i think they make ugly computers, i think apple makes shitty slow computers and i think toshiba makes crap its all opinoin i jsut want to cealr up things that im not bashing on any brand.

OK, I'll be accused of flaming; but that is not my purpose. I'm thinking ENGLISH 099 here would be a good thing to help communicate your ideas - just a thought.

Freedom of speech is a given right; however, empty alligations are not. The problem with assumptions are that either the poster or the responders (or both) may be totally wrong (or right). Without "facts", all that can be concluded (or assumed) is that there is really not a basis for the "rant". Supporting the argument without any supporting support and then ranting on about other companies (soundness in your humble opinion) does not support your argument, it just (I hate to say) makes you appear to be a bit under educated or over opinionated.

I read that he is "ranting" and doesn't warrant my support of his postion. Mainly because of "lack of any meaningful information". You may take the position that he is totally correct; without any information (and that is your perogative); however, take a look at what that make you "look like".

If I were the moderator, I'd just close this thread (even though it has proven to be a bit entertaining). All it is proving is that some "folks" believe anything they read (without any supporting proof); while other are more sceptial (and want some particulars). It's almost a "no win" situation for Sager.

I think I might need a remedial SPELLING 088 class, as my spelling reall S.....ks. Or are there too many ..... in that word???
