M55 screen gone bad

I was surfing the web for about an hour and then went to the store. After returning home i noticed that i have a vertical line on my 3 week old M55-S325 laptop. Can i take it back to best buy for an exchange or do i have to take it to a toshiba service center? I am losing faith in toshiba laptops. This is second toshiba model that has gone bad on me

i think a toshiba center, they will just replace the screen, try to return it if you can, i am

The purchase date on the receipt is 9-18. As of today it is 16 days old and 2 days past the exchange date. Guess i will be taking it to a toshiba service center.

What a bummer! Try returning it. The worst they can do is say no. Then if they don't take it back, bring it to a toshiba service center and have them do what ever needs to be done to fix it, that's what the warranty is for. Good luck!
