I dont belive I will gain anything by doing a voltmod, my temps are now around 70C.
Nice score for that level..

GeForce 7800GTX runs at stock 1.8V

No, the volt mods do apply on the 6800Go, just not to the extent we want. I did get increased temps, no much though (3-4C). Something is screwing up and I don't have enough know how to determine what (my bet would be onboard circuitry). The NV42 boards just might be crapped on this.

BIOS sent ozzlo

Worked? What voltage? What clocks? What core do you have? Fill us in.

Wow! you sure about that? That seems insanely high for a .11um chip.

I think what he meant was that after flashing back to the original bios that Mr. K6 had sent him, his temperature problems from flashing the nibitor backup went away.

No one here has tried to undervolt?

Undervolting and overclocking doesn't turnout that good of results^^

ya I am back to normal and i'm so happy for that... If I was sucuessful i woulda had it at .9v for 2d and 1.35 for 3d so undervolted for 2d and overvolted for 3d but it just did not turn out that way...

Just tried this on my NV41 which is currently at 380/810 so its already pretty high. I tried setting it to 1.24V and 1.38V, neither let me budge any over what I had already. Perhaps I'm already at my limit, certainly I've had CPUs that are good to a certain point then won't go any higher despite increased voltage. More likely though is that I'd need to cool it down some more before it'll go faster.

Hey MMZMASTER, can you plz send me your modded bios? (it can be attached here) and when you flash, is that like this: nvflash r:\(name of the bios).rom ?
I have tried serveral times to mod the bios but i cant get any higher core clock? Even when the Nibitor read that the bios be modded already! A bit weird so i need your modded bios to learn more about this stuff, thank you.
Any one got the modded bios of 6800 Go ? Can you guys let me have a look?!

Cheers.
You can only get higher clocks by direct set into the Nibitor. it's like forcing it at those clocks.

I'm warning you that I'm not responsible for any causes. Hardwares revisions may be different.
No, i have tried heaps of times but because i rekon that i have the NV42 chip so even i put higher clocks into the BIOS setting, the video card cannt even run when i test with 3dmark05 or play 3d games.

But i do want to try what you have tried before, i mean i really want to "borrow" some modded BIOSes from you to test out. Because i am not sure i chage the voltage in BIOS right or wrong.

So again mmzmaster, can you plz attached some modded BIOS you have set before here? Thanks a lot.

mmz has the nv41 chip. you have the nv42. flashing his bios on yours is definitely NOT recommended.
