Time stamps off?

Anyone else having this problem. It's not a huge deal but its odd looking at the current time being 8 hours off. The settings in my preferences folder are correct (set to US Central Time w/ Daylight savings to auto).

I didn't see a general forum for problems and not sure who is an admin to email about it.

It's been happening since they switched servers and updated Vbulletin. The Admins already said they're working on it

the colors on the forums i can't change anymore either....I get errors on the page.
