if reseller rating is unfair, it's better than nothing for the "alone in the dark" consumer. It's probably OK if a store has succesful ratings all the time. Anyway, I can't confirm because I use a better solution: go to a community made of real people that will recommend (or not) a dealer.

I had only one experience with rjtech, so I may not be the better person to talk. But, when it comes to newegg, I have bought from them lots of items, from notebook coolers to enclosures and print servers. From a 19" LCD monitor to a simple mouse. No disappointment yet, and don't think I will have one either.
