I am familar with linking or inserting an image from an 'outside' server and I see for the first time that it (and other tools) are now offered in Quick Reply.

My question has to do with the Posting Rules "You may post attachments" (with a size limit), sometimes it is "You may..." and sometimes it is "You may not..."
