Well I used the ati unistaller to uninstall my drivers to make room for the catylst 5.9. The install didn't work and ever since then my pc usage have been spiking to 100%. Also when I play games like unreal tournament it stays at 100%. I was wanding if this is normal and wanted to know what your CPU%'s are running at.
