hello there! i recently downloaded this avi file. the problem is, the voice is not synced with the video...the sound is like delayed by half-a-second or so....so i'm looking for a video player that you could set that the sound plays advanced, so as to sync with the video.

anyone knows of such s/w? i hope its a freeware, available for download.

thanks! hoping for your input. cheers!

here are a few that will help you :
Hypercube Timestretcher

OR

Audio / Video Alignment Tool for MPEG Video Production

OR

VirtualDub and do it the hardway

i KNOW there WAS a player like you discribe, but it's been redevolped a dozen times over, and said fetures have been moved...

to find the codec run this and load the media file :
GSopt CodecInformation Appliance
