I have 2 different Bluetooth Stereo Headphones so I thought I give a quick personal comparison between the 2 units when used with the Dell Truemobile 350 module.

Bluetake BT420EX i-Phono Stereo Bluetooth Headphones:
http://www.bluetake.com/products/BT420EX.htm
Both work with the Dell 350 Bluetooth module. Both these have their advantages and disadvantages. I like the smaller size to I can easily take them with me than full sized units.
Both units have a wrap-around neckband (doesn't mess up your hair).
-The i-Phono has a nice sized neckband.
-I find the Anycom band a little small (tight) but it fits (I have a big head).
Both units have a microphone so you can talk online ot use it with a Bluetooth phone.
-The i-Phono's mic boom rotates up and down on the unit to tuck it out of way when not in use.
-The Anycom's mic is detachable. The mini USB slot that the MIC plugs into is the same slot to charge the unit. So the chance of loosing the MIC is always there.
Both units can be charged with a USB cable or AC adapter.
-The i-Phono you need an adapter (comes with it) to convert from the USB to a mini round plug to charge the headset and reciever. (would be hard to find if you lost it I believe)
-The Anycom can take any USB cable that has the mini "B" plug. So if you loose you cable you can find one at most stores making replacement easy.
Controls
-The i-Phone has the standard power, connct, mute and volume controls.
-The Anycom has the above plus it also has the ability to pause/play, skip forward and reverse songs in windows media player remotely. Not sure about other programs. Haven't tried any others since all I use is WMP. If you hold the up volume button for more than one second and release its skips to the next song and the same for the lower volume button skips the to the previous song.
Connectivity
-The i-Phono can connect to the built-in Bluetooth or it can use its own included Bluetooth transmitter that will plug into any device with a mini audio plug. So your not limited to Bluetooth enabled devices.
-The Anycom does not include a Bluetooth transmitter. So it only works with Bluetooth enabled devices. Anycom is going to sell a seperate transmitter in the future but that will be an added cost.
Size/color
-The i-Phono are larger so you kinda look like your wearling electronic earmuffs. They also come with several different colored snap-on covers to give a more personalized feel.
-The Anycom are smaller in size comparable to traditional wired headsets.
Cost
-The i-Phono costs around 175.00 to 220.00 new that I've seen.
-The Anycom can be had for less than 100.00
Overall If you have bluetooth enabled devices and don't need the transmitter I'd have the say overall the Anycom BSH-100 is a much better buy for the money.
