Amilo 1437G so slow shutdown

hi everyone i have an amilo 1437G and it was so normal from a week ago when it started to stop like 1 minute where it says windows is shutting down when the whole shutdown process used to take like 7 to 10 seconds and its not because of too many programs because when this happened i didn't install before it any programs, i really don't know whats wrong........

hey bob, hav u done a spyware antivirus check recently and checked no dodgy programs r starting with windows as that can cause buggy shutdown
otherthan that i dont really know

You might also want to look at your system's log. That long shutdown sounds like the os waiting for a service or program to terminate.
