oh also regariding pci express... i guess it's not so much the speed that may be obsolete but the form factor that dell uses for future cards.. for example a number of dells had the R9000 card, but they were not all the same shape.. hopefully dell sticks with the xps gen 2/170 style for at least a couple of years so new cards will fit in the existing devices.. i'm skeptical that they will.. after all.. they don't want to sell cards, they want us to buy new laptops.. :P
