I have even had problems with craigs list. Bought a desktop the guy kept me waiting 2 hours brought the system as I was leaving and warrantied it to work, the graphics card is dead and he refuses to do anything. *sigh* even locally you can not trust ppl

Same goes with an RX-7 I just finished selling today. I sold the car to him kept the title gave him the car for his 400 down. He was supposed to pay it off the next day (The 24th) he did nothing until I took the car back, refused to call, made times to meet that he never called for or made, it was just a horrible deal.

Has this always said "advoid" instead of "avoid"? If it's a sticky, could the title be changed to be spelled correctly? I mean, if I'm going to be looking at it multiple times a day, might as well be correct, no?

And here is a trader to avoid. My thread was closed but AVOID CROSS. Why he is not banned is beyond me.

After waiting about 3 weeks and very little contact I would have to say avoid dealing with RDMetz. I bought a Dell 9300, and shipping was a little late, but I delt with it. I didn't receive the power cord for the 130w adapter (easily rectified), but I didn't receive the USB TV Tuner that he said was included in the package. I have been patient, but he hasn't been on here for 11 days now, and not that it's a deal breaker, I just wanted the USB TV tuner and power cable as advertised.

lil off topic, but what yr rx7 was it?

i feel all your pain. i was ripped off on 2 seperate occasions on ebay for the same item lol. i bought one and the seller burned me, then a month later i bought another of the same item then a different seller burned me. i really hope the guy selling me my alienware doesnt screw me over

How do you know that paypal tricked you or not?
(if extra money was taken)
or if the guy takes some extra money?

or is it just automatic that the money transfers to his/her account?

I put up a WTB Notebook HDD thread and he responded. I sent him the amount he wanted on June 7 and was waiting until I looked at his heatware again. Apparently my suspicions were correct. I just have to make a call to my credit card company now and he will have a nice suprise in his paypal account.

We agreed to do a cross trade and Laptop for Shuttle systems. I sent as agreed and he sent an envelope with a delayed delivery until after my Shuttles arrived.

Stay away from this guy unless you want to beat him.

I will be looking him up next time im in Huston, poor sap doesnt know I travel there for work. I think I can reroute for an afternoon.

i am having problem with prophetx from this forum

i bought a laptop from him and sent him money and now 11 days and no lappy yet , i call him and he said he shiped it but he didnt know what happened, he has heatware and he is paypal verified , anyone can help me or knows anything about him please

i dont think prophetx is a scammer , he just called my and we will resolve this matter hopefully this week and if i still didnt get it he will refund me my money,this guy has alot of heat and he is verified so i think i can trust him and give him the benefit of a doubt.

Rip offs
The constant rip offs news points to a need of how we can have a reliable internet business exchange.
Paypal should not release the funds before it receives a confirmation from the payer that he got the merchandize.
Here is an opportunity for an entrepeneur to replace paypal or any other unworthy clearance house.

[HELP] Is there anything I can do to deal with negative credit in my paypal account?

I bought a laptop on ebay and paid by paypal.

Unfortunately, I did not receive it and my credit card denied $949 of that transection.

I made a complain and got $175 refund from paypal and the remaining part became the negative credit....I cannot do anything with my paypal account now.

Is there anything I can do to?

today , i recieved a money order from gary knows as prophetx for al of u here, he refunded me my money and i had no problem at all dealing with him at all.
for all of u who has a real issue with him , be calm and talk to him cause he is not a bad guy , he didnt even try to scam me , he called me and gave me the tracking number for the money order and today i got it and called him back telling him i got the money and went and cashed it at my usps office,he told me and assured me that he will get the rest of my money asap but i told him take ur time cause i know taht i will get it

Dam man sorry to hear that ill trade you a NICE shuttle system for that acer laptop you have bwahahaha!!

a person to watch out for would be wdrx, we agreed on a deal, i sent paypal instanty, next day he said his mommie and daddy said he cant do the trade (wtf is he on there for then? let his mommy do it for him) screwed me out of 9 dollars in paypal fee's (yes i know its paypal fee's, but if we went through the trade, the fees are useless, but since we didnt i think i SHOULD get all 300 dollars i sent to him no?)
