I called earlier and was told the same BS when I tried to get the $80.00 MaximumPc discount. The free shipping can't be combined with other offers. What they did do was give me a $30.00 dollar credit. $100.00 minus the 70.00 shipping and the coupons. I really think that the website is misleading and all there marketing. What do you guys think?

I personally would not go as far as to say they are misleading...in any way.

They clearly state that there is no "double dipping" of rebates/coupons. Heck, I can't think of any retailer that let's you do that on an item this costly.

The reason you see so many of these coupons and such, is that they advertise different incentives in different forms of Media. For instance, they post quick Instant Savings in magazines while only offering Free Shipping on the website. They're just trying to draw as much internet traffic as possible. That's business 101.

I am starting to get worried that this company will not even be in business in 2 years the way they are treating their customers who buy their several thousand dollar lap tops.

If mine is not in the shippers hands in 8 days they can kiss this sale goodbye.

This company has a lot to work on if they want to stay in business, even if I get my lap top shipped in the next 8 days before I cancel it, I will never tell anyone to order from them.

I have had to many who ordered far after I did who made changes to their orders and they have their lap tops.

I have made zero changes and still am not even in production. This company has a lot to learn about customer service.
