keyboard on 3880

new to sager, and new to a 3880. had it a few weeks and noticed my shiftkey just started sticking a little the other day. Can I pop a key off this keyboard to check it? just like a desktop keyboard? or is it different with this type of keyboard. Is there any way to tell if i dropped something in there?

Try to slide it back into place. It's probably unhooked from one of its hooks. I wouldn't try actually removing it 'til that's the last resort as you may break something. If you can't slide it back in you may want to email your seller to ask how to remove it. (bottom up, top down, right to left, etc.)
