Nvidia 7800? Which one?

Which notebooks out there feature the 7800 GPU? And who has the lowest price? I am looking to buy a notebook soon as desktop replacement and want the latest GPU. So it will be able to go longer without an upgrade (if even possible) but for the lowest price. I was thinking maybe a dell XPS M170? Please input your comments or thoughts.

Thanks Mogley

You should definately look at the Sager 5720. Can be found here. http://www.pctorque.com/sager-5720-gaming-computers.php
Just to let you know I spec'd out the 5720 & M170 to be as identical as possible and there was an $802.00 dollar differnce. That was with the following specs
Pentium M 760 2Ghz
17" WUXGA 1920 x 1200 Glossy
1Gig DDR2 5333Mhz
100Gig 5400RPM SATA Hard drive
8X DVD/RW
XP Home
This is the one diff Sager (2)8 Cell batteries & Dell (2) 9 cell batteries
nVidia GeForce Go 7800GTX 256MB
56K Modem
10/100/1000 internal NIC
Intel Pro Wireless A, B, & G

Thanks for your replies, the Sager does seem a little nice than the Dell. I noticed the Sager wont be out until 10/28. Are there any others out there with the 7800 GPU ?

where'd you get a 10/28 date?

looks like pctorque is shipping the 5720 now
they just dont have the 9750 (amd) model out yet

When I click on customize/ buy it says it preoderer only with an eta of 10/28. Heres a link see for yourself http://www.pctorque.com/builder.php?type=90 I think I could wait, unless dell lowers the price on the m170 to under 2 grand.

I don't think Dell will lower the price, if anything in my 8 months of searching for my 1st notebook Dell laptops have done nothing but go up in price. Especially the XPS Gen 2/M170.

For freonchill the expected ship date is indeed 10/28. I myself am waiting on a check and for the ship date to get a little closer before I order mine.

I love Sager, but I do like the look of the dell. My next system is going to be a Sager from PCTorque; the support they give can't be beat.

oh well, so you have to wait 10 days

doesnt seem like that big deal, since it normally takes dell that long to get a machine done and to you anyway

how thick is the sager? i cant find anything on the size of it from pctorque's website. the sager is definately a nice machine. we finally have something that competes well with the dell (pm instead of p4).
