If not, do you know how to get the HeatSink Fans off?

Because I want to apply Arctic Silver 5 Paste on.

i am wondering if any one could help me out in installing my dvdrw drive on my acer travelmate 4002wlmi laptop.

I wish I am there for you to install your DVDRW on the TM4000 series but I guess I don't live in same country as you.

Firstly U will have to get th keyboard off your Notebook coz there is a screw under it that needed to be unscrewed to get the DVD/CD/DVDRW/CDRW out.
