Anyone know or recommend a good Laptop lap desk?

Hi guys/gals,

I'm tyring to find a good lap desk for my xps m170 when I'm using it in bed or watching TV. Any recommendation to what brand works best? I'm looking at one that can protect my legs and laptop from overheating and etc... Any help is much appreciated.

you want a DESK or a desktop stand that will allow for a wedge under the laptop for better airflow ?

Until you get your lap desk, I've found a book works great. My favorite is the Strategy Guide to GTA:San Andreas. It's not too heavy but protects your lap/legs from any heat - and there is still room for airflow from the fans. Don't laugh, it works!

By far better than all the above post, alas, it's in Japan. Such a simple contraption, I wonder why it's not out in the US.

I'm looking for the one I linked that you claimed is sold on Ebay. I don't see it there, though I don't know the exact name of the product since it's Japanese in origin. I have tried 'lapdesk' and 'laptop desk'.
