I installed a game on my computer and it worked fine the first time through install and playing, but the next day when I started up my notebook, all my desktop icons were gone and only the task bar was there, with no tray icons, and my shortcut icons that all look like "new document" icons from Word with the IE logo in it. When any of those icons are clicked, the hourglass shows up like its working, but then nothing happens. In file explorer, all the files appear to be there still. All program icons all look like the shortcut icons described earlier, and behave in the same way. So far the only programs I can get to run are IE and file explorer. Please help me someone!
