Is there an upgrade or a better heatsink assembly that i can replace the original with?

I have cleaned the original heatsink assembly and replaced with Artic Silver thermal compound and its still pretty toasty.

Does ibm even offer better heatsinks?

I can't find the number on the site to even call them and talk to them about it.

What do ladies and gentleman think?
