How long ago did you buy yours? I sent mine back to ISTNC after only having it for a few days.. so they accepted the return no problem. Apparently, ours were the test batch. ASUS wanted to see the issue first hand, so ISTNC sent them to ASUS. It took about a week and a half.. that's with ASUS testing and then replacing the screens.. not bad at all. But I would check with Rick as to what their stance is now with the returns. Someone told me in another post that ASUS U.S. only replaced ours because it was the first batch they got in and they were test subjects in a way. I think that now, ASUS U.S. is waiting for ASUS Taiwan to tell them the final decision as to how they are going to further handle the screen issue. I would suggest to get in contact with Rick. Hopefully, you and the others having this issue as well, will get the screen issue fixed with no problem also. Goodluck.
