Hypersonic's version of Clevo M570A???

Does anyone know if Hypersonic will carry anthing like the Sager 5720 / Clevo M570A?? I'm looking for the nVIDIA GeFore Go 7800 GTX, but also the Pentium M processor (specifically the P-M 760). Otherwise I would order an Aviator EX7 or Aviator FX7. I could order from Sager, but I won't get into that... I'd rather order from Hypersonic. Any help/information would be great.

Thanks! D

Why not order your Sager from PCTorque, or (gasp) Discountlaptops.com?

I'd rather not deal with Sager after a freind had numerous problems with them. I really want to get a Clevo M570A base, but without going or dealing in any part with Sager . Hypersonic seems to be the only one I can find that ships/deals in the US for a desent price that has no ties to Sager. (Unless somebody knows of another company?) Thanks for the help anyway!

Haven't found anything as of yet. Alienware relaesed their new systems, but sadly lacking the 7800GTX

if that is the 5720, then dell. but seriously, the sager is the better choice. if you buy from pct, you can get help from them right from this forum.

Since the Sager and the Hypersonic machines are exactly the same, it'll make no difference which one you buy. If the Clevo model they are built on has problems then both Sager and Hypersonic will have those problems. It comes down to price and who you'd rather deal with. I'd rather deal with PCTorque.

RCMan. Not sure if you are still hanging around, but I believe the Hypersonic version is the CR7. This is the one that I am currently looking at and will be purchasing probably tonight. It is not as bulky as the EX7 (about 4lbs lighter), a bit longer battery life - but still offers the 17" screen and the 7800 card.

AW has a Pentium M 7800 GTX combo

Make that the CX7. I messed up on the letters.
I just saw the CX7 and I am curious as to how Hypersonic can have a 12-cell and Clevo's website, Sager and everyone else says it comes with an 8-cell. If it indeed does come with the 12-cell I think I have just changed my mind again.

Well I know for sure Packard Bell has one.
I didn't realize that Packard Bell was still in business. Funny, you can't select the US as a country when looking at their stuff. Must have run them out or something. I remember selling/working on those back in my Best Buy days.... desktops that is.

I had a packard Bell Pentium 133 in my garage until last year when I decided to use it for target practice!

M570a availablility

RJtech carries most Clevo models them if your still looking.at about same price as Sagers. They seem ok. Haven't purchased from them but have asked many questions with prompt responses. Thats where I've been leaning to buy.

Why did you go with a Hypersonic? Did you consider any other brands? If so, what? My delima is that I can't make up my mind on which brand to get. I want the best I can get with the most I can get in it. What would you recommend?
I have been very happy with Hypersonic. As you can see with my signature, this will be my third system and I haven't had any problems with them. The systems have performed very well, good support when needed and responsive staff when I need something.

I may look around at other brands to see what is there and compare prices and the sort - but in the end, I am keeping with Hypersonic due to my good experiences.

Oh yeah, just to let you all know the 12-cell battery thing was a typo and has (should be) been fixed to reflect an 8-cell spare battery.
