Gaming headset or headphones

OK so the guys I talk to on vent are getting sick of the feedback from my speakers and free standing microphone. So I am looking for a good gaming headset or headphones to stop the feedback, anything under £75 is good, the less the better, but if I am going to notice a difference I am willing to pay a little more. I use a 5.1 audigy 2 card.
Looking for:
Comfort
Good sound quality
Good microphone
Good length cable

Thanks in advance Butch

Steelpad Steel Sound 5H (comes in both USB (more expensive) and non-USB versions).

Sennheiser's are very good as well (the higher end Senn headsets anyway).

There sweet but do you think they will be worth the extra over the 555's? for gaming, vent music ect?

I don't think they will be that much better unless your an audi freak, in which case you'd already have 27 pairs of hi-end headphones.

I will say it again. I went through a pair of Grado's (great sound, but very uncomfortable), Sony headphones (comfortably, good bass, but lack of depth for FPS games), and a pair of open channel Sennheisers before I got the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones.

At ~$100 they're a great value for the money:
