Knoppix 3.3 11-19: Hyperthreading Issue Fixed?

Hello everyone:

I got myself the September release of Knoppix 3.3 a while back and it could not recognize my HT processor as such. I did some reaserch and discovered that version 3.2 worked for everone but version 3.3 left half the people out. Before wasting a CD on the new update of Knoppix, I wanted to ask if anyone has used this particular release. I am especially interested in those with 5680s.

Thanks a bunch.

Replying to myself here, I've recently tried the 11-19 release of Knoppix and found quite a few improvements. It doesnt complain about the processor but it still looks like its not using an SMP kernel. Also, there is now no need to set the mem=840M flag to get the framebuffer working.
