Would like to get a time-line of the different phases of ALienware orders.

I would like to see the the difference in the phases between Alienware's different products.

PLease post times when the order got stuck in one of the phases, why it stopped, and how it was resolved.

I ordered my Sentia November 25, 2003.
- It got stuck on Phase 2 waiting for a hard copy of the credit app and copy of my license. Which I sent over night and was received on the Dec 5.

It is now on the 2nd day of PHASE 4.

Did you find out why it got stuck in Phase 8?

* I would like to hear from those who have received their order.

I was in phase #11 for over two weeks.

Just an FYI...the phases are a generalization of where you are in the process, not an exact representation.

In my experice, calling Alienware and badgering them only slows down the process. Sit tight, read the forums, save $ for all the new games you're going to be buying and let the Aliens do their job.

Well maybe you could speak spanish to them next time you call. So you wouldn't have to hear an accent.

First it was the screen and case back ordered, that date came and went and no movement, so I contacted them and they said they had a back order for Windows XP, another week went by after I was told it would be in production, and the last contact said it was back ordered screen and some card again.

All in all, I think they just dropped the ball on my order and made up some of the stuff to try and cover their screw up.
