Refresh rates don't work for LCDs like CRTs. The CRT refreshes the screen, the LCD turns each cell on/off. If a CRT refresh rate is too low (below 70-75 HZ), your eye may catch the refresh flicker but this isn't the case with an LCD. You should leave the Sager LCD at the default 60HZ for best viewing and performance. At 60HZ, it's as flicker free as a CRT with a 75+ HZ refresh rate.
