I will post pics of the keyboard. It is a Qwerty-US keyboard with the addition of the traditional chinsese phonetics on top. I am using one on my A6Va. don't see a problem.
For the Atheros I will take 60 shipped. Can't go lower. I paid 85 for it...

Where did you buy it from?
Where can I verify the specs list.
ASUS don't usually skimp on the parts in their Ensembles, and your machine is pretty limp (spec wise) when you compare it to the W3V that is sold in the US.

The US W3V comes with XP Pro not Home, the HD is a 5400rpm not the slow 4200rpm, the PM is the 1.86Ghz not the 1.73Ghz, and an 8x dual layer DVD burner not a CDRW.

Are there different models in taiwan or did you change the parts out yourself?

I bought it in Taiwan obviously. Everything is stock as sold in the box. All laptops come in all kinds of configurations in taiwan. The W3V comes with a 1.86 (1gb Ram and abg) or a 1.73 (512mb and bg). This one was a spevial deal with a free extra sodimm. All laptops sold in Taiwan also have a 4200rpm hard drive and XP home. I was surprised to see a Fujitsu too since it is usually an Hitachi. This one has the DVD burner not the combo drive CDRW drive. No parts have been changed. All parts have the laptop P/N sticker on for warranty purpose.

Got the same question from someone else. I have not traded much so never bothered to start a Heatware account. Just realized that you guys are all about it so I started one. I can offer a pay half after reception for peace of mind.

Have him send it COD or use escrow. You don't have to take risks guys. There are options .
