I just noticed that Hammerhead has been hit with the "red dot" disease...just as I was a week or so ago. We all have known HH for awhile now and he is always one of the first people to stand up and offer help to an AW owner or any PC owner that asks for help. I fear that a certin forum, same one that bombed me, has hit him with all these negative reps....I am begining to think it is better to disable the rep system, especially when someone like HH gets hit like this...I will do all I can to help turn him green, and those of you who he has helped might want to consider the same...HH is one of the good guys, we all do not have to agree with him all the time but if you have a problem...HH is one of the first to offer help..lets help turn him green....

Don't counter-attack other people. there is a 99% chance your hitting the wrong person. Give alienmomma a rep boost too. nothin like a rep boost from a girl Alien. she needs more rep power though.

I agree totally, just help HH, and TY alienmomma for your kind boosts you gave me...we are a close group here and what was done to HH was simply wrong and a crock of crap...and most of us know it...

NM, sorry to go offtopic. I havent had much time recently to spend a lot of time at NBF but I just finished going through the things that happened in the past couple days here at the Alienware forums. I seen the normal type of uprising and people wanting to magnify another persons complaints just because they seen a moment that they could take advantage of. I really support Craig and I think he did the right thing for the forum. This isnt an 'anti' type of forum. I seen a simple negative opinion get out of control fast and for the sake of keeping our positive atmosphere here at NBF the topic was removed. I hope everyone can move on from that. We have the most attacked forum and everything we do is only for all of the owners and visitors. Negative forums dont make good communities and it would be a shame to lose our community here at NBF because we let this section get overrun by 'anti' threads and posts. It spreads fast and before you know it, we lost what we have. Owners will always have a place to post complaints, opinion, good and bad. peace everybody.

I'll catch Alienmomma tomorrow - used up all my rep points on Hammer today. Hammer and Nassaumike are the first to step up to help people on this forum or to add something to a thread that gives us a laugh.

Gosh, I don't know what to say...

I don't think it was the guy that started the anti AW string, he's in the red. The damage was done with less than ten negative hits, so it's someone with a high rep...

Thanks all of you for the nice comments, and the rep. I was thinking of just turning it off as was suggested, as I think it's contrary to what these forums are trying to accomplish. It starts too much bad blood, and allows people to send you messages that would get them banned if posted in the forums.

The one good thing to come of this all is that I understand now if you get a nasty message in your rep comments, a comment with profanity, personal attacks, or threats, send it to the mods. They're now taking action for inappropriate comments, as if they were posted on the forums.

Thanks again you guys, and no, you can't have my bud light...
