I answered the questions on the profile thing, he was smart enough to get it from there....he is a good guy and means well, I appreciate all the hits from you guys and I will return each and every one, I assure you....as we proceed down the list, you each will see that some people who post here and say they are hitting the person "for the day or week"..are really not, at least that is my experience and those of who I am speaking know who they are, and will not get any help from me...how stupid is it to post your hitting someone's rep when he is on the same forum and see's your not...I am not posting names, just saying that when its your turn, I will not be hitting you....

it was/is supposed to be funny/silly/ridiculous, like the Miss America paegent. for someone who is familiar with Borat, i thought you'd catch on quicker!

Somehow I suspect not.

Alrighty then. You can give out 10 reps/24hr period. So if you give out all your rep at one time, it should regen at that time the next day. Same with spreading it out, it should be available 24hrs after you gave it. But sometimes the system doesn't act quite like it should.
