Got off the phone with the collision center. (I was hit on the 30th of Oct) It seems that the ins. company of the lady who hit me is going to take care of the cost of repairs, to the tune of $4500.

-My 1TB external is almost full, as well as the rest of my external hdd's, I'm seriously thinking about investing in a Blu Ray Burner haha, DVD+/-R's are too small =P

In the same boat as you Yang, all my ext. are full. New 1tb just got here an hour ago . Cept this one is goin to the HDDVR . Can't have too much storage.

haha seriously, I never thought I would ever need more than 500gb's....

well 2TB's later...I'm having to buy an external DVDR burner just to cut down my back up times hahaha

Right now, I can't even imagine using 1TB of HDD space. All I need is a 500GB and I probably won't fill that up all the way.

haha I got rid of my collection back in July when I got married haha, I didn't want the misses to accidentally find it and give me an ear full =P

I back up photos, music (30gb's worth), TV shows, Anime (approx. 500gb's worth), Movies, HD Movies (approx. 500gb's worth)...

I have my music folders backed up on every one of my ext. I lost it all a few years back and it will never happen again . I'm still nowhere close to what I used to have as I've lost all my cd's during many moves I guess . Heck one is full with service manuals for the truck, mowers, atv, rc cars, etc.

I think the next will be the new top card from Nvidia at some point. Less AMD pulls their head out of their a$$ and comes up with something. Not sure the cpu is a big enough gain to spend the dough. Maybe come Nehalem.
