WOW - today is indeed a GREAT day!

*Short Story*

A good friend of mine from my USAF days lost his wife of 22 years a little over 7 years ago to breast cancer. A horrible ordeal.
I think it was February or March of this year when he finally stopped grieving
He just called and said he had, ummm, relations with one of the (much younger) single mom-type neighbors.

He sounded like a kid again....

Yep, that'd be the first time in about 8 years for him. I even called the wife to tell her the news.

Dropping by GameStop in about 30 mins to pick up MGS4 - then on to the house in hopes that the new HT receiver is waiting on my doorstep.

That was supposed to be an old person's joke. FTD was/is a floral delivery service that had Merlin Olsen as the spokesperson way back in the day. What was ironic was that Merlin Olsen was a hard hitting NFL football player who didn't take prisoners on the field as it were, and here he was endorsing a flower company.
