Not bad MB. Working with Auto Stitch to make a few panoramas taken at the beach and in DC. Then I need to start tagging my 24k count photo collection in picasa. Obviously this is my work-term after-hours project for the summer.

And BTW, no hard feelings MB!

Wow, that is an ambitious undertaking. 24k photo collection? I don't even have that many photos including all the 'art' pictures I have.

Not all the pics are mine. I also have everything backed up off my parent's computer. They somehow managed to destroy the external drive I had set up for them. Automatic backups, hidden partitions, everything was setup so they couldn't mess with it and somehow the drive ends up dead as a doornail. I'll never understand....

Also doesn't help that I take a boatload of pictures wherever I go. I spent a day and 1/2 in DC back in June (meeting my fiancee's family) and I took over 800 pictures myself. I also have pictures that everyone else took, so you can see how 24,000 adds up quick. Best part is I should delete half of them for poor lighting and other such problems...

Going through them all is a project for another time.

Mine are in folders named for the event or date. Their pictures are in folders.... wait, they're in just one... big... massive... unorganized... scary... folder.

Oh God......

I believe the term I'm looking for is "EPIC FAIL"

I know the feeling. I am a somewhat organized person in most aspects of my life. When it comes to storing pictures in folders, all sense of organization leaves me and I'm left with images in folders all over the place.

lol - not AT you, BFisch, but with you. I've spent all weekend trying to organize and backup all the photos from the trip. I'm only dealing with about 6,000 - and over 90% are throwaways, so it's a matter of chugging through them.

Hi, mb.

Fix0red!

In addition to what littlefrankus is complaining about mb67 (the loss of the Credits Count link below our Avatars), still can't transfer/donate Credits to other members from the "Donations and Drawings" in our CPs either (though shazza got a good hit when the CP was messed up???).

Oh Well, It's Been a Good Day in Hell...

Everybody ready for Monday morn?

Hi Boyd.

Well, I just checked and I don't even have a donations and drawings. I only have savings and loans, so there is definitely a disconnect in the system.

Hee, hee, hee! Yeah, I would say so!

Donations and Drawings I still have a link in my CP that works but the "header" is missing. You know, the frame where the Raffle info was and where you can donate Credits to other members. The Members List sorted by Credits is still there. Like I blocked the top frame with ABP...nah, you don't think I ...

I know you probably understood me the first time, but since our symptoms are different... just wanted to be clear. Maybe this is a sign they're working on the whole Credits thang?

I have no idea. For one thing, I have very little in the way of credits. I have been giving them away about as much as Linda Lovelace..um, er, nevermind.
