Yeah last couple weeks is like a broken record. Cold front after cold front with no chance to rebound. Guess it could be worse and be cain after cain movin through like down your way. Crazy weather the last month.

Did have a good day to check out everything at the fair yesterday though. Nuffin like walkin around all day with a hangover from the night before .

Been watching Ike's progress closely ... Houston was in his sights earlier today, but seems to have veered west a bit. Wishing all the best to Mr. and Mrs. Cleofizoid, Joey, and the Sliders!

Heya shazza. Been watchin Ike too. Guess a lot will depend on if the H that is steering it builds back west or not . If not he goes north, it does off to the west towards Texas. Prolly be a major cain again though soon.

I just finished my 4th exam in this course and passed with an 80%! This means no homework tonight so I can relax for a bit before starting the 5th class in this course tomorrow.

Thanx shazza! Does look like the highs in the midwest and the east are gonna steer him between Brownsville and Corpus, but anything could happen of course.

Hoping the Ol' Lady will have the new turtle habitat "built" by the time I get home Friday evening! Poor little turtles in their little cramped quarters. Maybe she'll read this, feel guilty and get busy? It is a lotta work to set it up, but she loves that kinda stuff.

Now, where to get a good steak in Dallas? Starvin' like Marvin all down up here!
