THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS COMPLETED A SURVEY OF THE WIND DAMAGE IN SOUTH HUTCHINSON THAT OCCURRED SUNDAY NIGHT. THE DAMAGE PATTERN REPRESENTED THAT OF A MICROBURST CONSISTENT WITH WINDS OF 100 TO 120 MPH. THE MAIN DAMAGE WAS TO 8 DUPLEX UNITS, TWO FACTORIES, ONE OF WHICH HAD SIGNIFICANT ROOF AND WALL DAMAGE, AND SEVERAL BUSES THAT HAD WINDOWS BLOWN OUT WITH ONE BUS OVERTURNED ON ITS SIDE.
Yet I still remain in the doughnut hole. Maybe I just might have someone on my side after all. Still had a lot of big limbs to drag outa the trees out front and am in need of a new roof. Just might be the thang to get me off my ass and get to work on the remodel. Winder guy comin soon to give me a quote.
Hope are all doin good round these parts, not much time to keep up with ya'll
