So i am considering swapping my Q9000 of the M17x with the QX9300 out of my M6400.

Figure may as well since the 6400 can't really take advantage of the Extreme CPU anyways where the M17x will let me change multipliers when OCing

Hello AW.

I was at the Pearl Harbor Naval exchange last night and they sell the AW m17x & have one on display. I took a camera-phone pic, but since I am at work and we have a no cell-phone policy it will have to wait until tonight for me to upload.

I found it rather interesting that they have one on display, and can't believe how HUGE the thing is. I will say that it is nice looking though...

I hung out at our commercial office (Houston) until noon waiting for something to do. In the meantime I did keep myself busy doing paperwork and printing tech manuals. I saw my old boss was just chomping at the bit to ask me to run a call or two. But he held his cool.

Around 12:30 our industrial shop (Pasadena) asked me to go to a power generation plant to meet one of our other techs and perform NH2 and explosive gas detection inspections and tests.

Other guy never showed up...he called me around 13:30 to say he got re-directed to an emergency service call. Mmmmhmmm.

I signed out of the plant and went to the house. Not sure how I can cover my day Today, but was nice to be home early on the Friday before the Saturday nite Allman Brothers concert.
