I had a momentary lapse of ?...? last nite and missed the "Frozen Margarita Maker" deal. http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach...dp/B000SAU3OU/ It doesn't show the Black Friday discount anymore, but it was like 65% off. Sure coulda used me one of those for fitteen.

Got turkey/pork roast and trimmings leftover for a while...My oldest sister had the festivities yesterday at her house and all the immediate family was there. One thing I learned last nite which I never realized, was that "Ambrosia" - you know the coconut/orange thing people put out along side the cranberry sauce - takes like 50 lbs of whole oranges to be a decent serving for 10 to 15 people. Got's me a new appreciation of the "thought that counts" action there. I thought they alwaze just opened a can...

I think the Ol' Lady's thinking of heating up leftovers tonite...I'm thinking they will even be better tomorrow afternoon. Gonna take her and the boy out to the local Mexican restaurant that we love tonight. Dam, if I woulda won that Margarita Maker last nite it woulda already paid for itself from just my bar tab...

4Thanx. Had the Tejas dinner myself, which consisted of 2 cheese enchilada's w/the killer Colorado sauce, a ground beef crispy taco, a tamale (substituted corn tortillas) and beans/rice. Got Chile Con Queso to go with the killer tortilla chips losta salt/jalapenos, while swilling margaritas-on the rocks-no-salt...add table salt. The Charro beans with the tortillas stole the day! Gotta say the chips and dip was "the best I ever had".

Good evening, all. My finace bought me a nice suit and everything that goes with it.
Shoes, shirts, and ties. Nice charcoal color suit. We had a nice steak dinner afterward.
