Just finished a late dinner: Italian herb marinated grilled chicken sliced up and tossed with angel hair pasts in a creamy pesto sauce, sliced Italian bread with pepper-infused olive oil, mixed salad greens with raspberry vinaigrette & crumbled feta. To drink, a glass of 2006 Stag's Leap Merlot.

Kind of a a contrast?

I must ask was the creamy pesto actually made with cream or more of the illusion? Was the feta good Greek Goat cheese or a weak substitute?
