Kind of a a contrast?
I must ask was the creamy pesto actually made with cream or more of the illusion? Was the feta good Greek Goat cheese or a weak substitute?
Crumbled Feta from a local Greek market (Hard to find good goat cheese on this island) The cream was store bought as it's also difficult to get real cream here. The recipe is one that I like to prepare from time to time. (Got it from my ex)
