Actually, it is not wireless, it is a wired modulator and it works through the regular antenna coaxial cable. I didn't think it could throw a signal that far without degrading it but I was wrong.

RF signals were great in the old days of communication you know. People won and lost wars for having better communication and not.

RF is still used today. The USAF uses all parts of the RF spectrum and I'm amazed at how we were able to set up a copper wire antenna array and communicate with an HF radio operator in Holland.

Here's a graphical pic of the RF Spectrum:

If you right click and view image it's kind of interesting just how much of the RF spectrum is used.

Oh man Bummer. Just got a pop up from AlienFX in the Task Bar. Looked over at the Ol' Area-51 P2 and noticed all the LEDs aren't lit. Hate when that happens.

"There was an error while AlienFX Controller was communicating with the computer. This might have been caused due to a problem with the hardware or the software.Try these solutions to correct the issue, in the following order:

- Try to enable AlienFX Controller again. Right-click on the AlienFX icon in the Windows notification area and select 'Enable Alienware AlienFX'.
- Shut down your computer and power it back on.

If neither of these solutions works, please contact Alienware technical support.
This error may also be caused if Alienware AlienFX software is installed on a computer without the proper hardware support for Alienware AlienFX."

Out of Warranty and haven't cracked her open yet. Hoping the controller ain't dust.

The temp outside was so 'cool' that the Electric Co-generation Plant allowed me to shut down Cooling Tower Cell Fans one at a time Today. This would normally be a no go in the summer...crater the plant - Steam/Combustion Turbines tripping out. Ima gonna show up again tomorrow and do it one mo' time.

Should get some more outer bands from Alex tonite/tomorrow...
