Good evening, AW. A nice dinner. A visit to the facility where my dad is for now.
A talk with a nurse about important phone numbers. We also put the game on for him. The Saints and Vikings.

The game sucked last night. The Vikings looked like they haven't even practiced since last year.

On a side and disturbing note that whole holding up a finger by all the players on the field right after the national anthem was pathetic. Bunch of millionaires signaling they will "stand as one" through labor negotiations. I dare them to strike next year. Their fanbase will be cut in half and the owners won't be able to pay them 20M/year anymore. How in the heck will they be able to afford the insurance on their Bentley if that happens.....jackasses.

This was from a flyer on board a Tunisian Airline - 2 loose screws on a wing span.

The air line said a mechanic was in hurry, but there was no danger at any times ... Sure.

I saw a Bentley coup in the parking lot on the way to dinner. Nice looking car. We will see about the NFL thing.

qhn! I have a Nikkor question for you. The D7000 that is supposed to be announced next week looks UBER-cool. So much so I started looking at Nikkor lenses. I saw the soon to be released Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR Zoom Lens which looks like it's the equivalent of my 24-105 f/4L lens. One thing though, it says it's a FX Format lens. The D7000 is supposed to have a DX sensor. Does this mean it won't work?

I know with the Canon EF-S lenses only work on crop bodies but the crop bodied Canon's work with all EF and EF-S lenses. Is this the same situation? I'm trying to avoid spending $2500 for the body and lens just to find out they are incompatible. I'm ok with a 1.6x crop making it a 38-192mm FOV. TIA!

Edit: Found my answer on Nikon's website. Seems all of the newer lenses are compatible with the newer DSLRs.

Good morning, AW. A ton of stuff to do today. We are filling a rut with concrete, gravel and some other things for one.
Very hot today.

Do you want to be a professional photographer?
I am a super novice at it.

No but when I get into a hobby I tend to do it a bit on the extreme side.
