Good evening, AW. The Texas Rangers have won their first playoff series.
It makes my week better already. The hold the hospital has on my checking account
should be illegal.

It is a reason so many are out of work.

Congrats on the Rangers - and yes, sue the hospital.

Still recovering from a 13 hour work day. Hope today is a little less stressful.

Would you get some comp time?

Technically yes. For whatever reason I never use it.

Good morning, AW. Great weather here today. I also called the bank
and the VA, this morning. I should get a credit for that giant charge by the hospital.

They have to research who tried to steal that from me.

Well but that is their issue, not yours to be waiting for it - you proved your part.

We are terribly under-staffed here (economy) plus we lost someone early this year (literally he died) and he was never replaced (economy again). I still take my normal vacation/sick time when needed but usually pass on the comp time.
