And it is with great sadness to have to report that this thread will be closed after 5 1/2 years of activity. I've been going over the thread from the beginning for a while now and to see it go from a lot of activity in the beginning to just two people posting some of the same things in other threads has led me to the conclusion that it's time to shut it down. I mean no offense to the individuals who continue to post here, but I can't let this thread go on.
