Temperature Monitors and GPU Overclocking Question

I have a Dell I9300

Pm 2.0ghz
1024MB Ram
60gig 7200rpm HDD
6800Go 256mb
17" 1920X1200 Screen

3DMark03 Score: 8289 (stock)
3DMark05 Score: 3416 (stock)

Are there any temperature monitors out there that will watch my CPU, GPU, and Fans?

Also are there any programs to OC my video card and about how fast can I OC before having to adjust the fan speeds or damaging the card?

For monitoring ur temperatures and Fan speeds it seems most ppl use i9kfangui. Do a search on it, there are a few posts that dont have it, but somewhere there was a post that had a good link.

Installation Notes:
Install i8kfangui 2.2 - http://www.diefer.de/i8kfan/ Download I9kfangui (http://www.mckenziedev.com/files/i9k.../i9kfangui.exe) Make sure that i8kfangui is closed Copy the i9kfangui to your i8kfangui installation folder, double click to run. (you can actually put the file anywhere you like, it doesn't matter)
YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE I8kfangui from loading with windows, otherwise it will tell you there is a conflict. There's 2 ways to fix this..
1) use msconfig, uncheck the startup for i8kfangui
2) Edit the registry, remove the key that's loading i8kfangui

Method 1: Use msconfig to remove the i8kfangui entry from loading
CLOSE ALL OPEN APPLICATIONS
1) from the Windows Start menu, choose Run
2) type in "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press the enter key
3) click on the startup tab, and uncheck the "I8kfangui" entry
4) Press the "OK" button
5) choose the option to "Restart" now

Method 2: Edit the registry startup values.
!!WARNING!!: If you don't know what the registry is or how it works, DO NOT USE THIS.
CLOSE ALL OPEN APPLICATIONS
Start > Run > type in "regedit" (without the quotes) and press enter.
1) First things first.. make a backup of the registry (always a good idea)
- scroll to the very top of the left navigation portion of the registry editor, click on the "My Computer" name
- From the "File" menu, choose "Export"
- Pick a location to save the file, name it "myregistry" and press the save button
2) Remove the key
Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Remove the "i8kfangui" entry
3) Reboot
