Yes. It has nothing to do with whether the machines are Windows, Mac, or Linux.
Wireless cards can operate in "ad-hoc" mode, in which several computers communicate directly without going through a wireless router. See the documentation on whatever wireless equipment you're using (the Powerbook, the PC's, etc.) to see how to do this.
