Limited or No Connectivity with ethernet cord

Just got my new 9880 and so I took my ethernet cord that was plugged into my 5680 that has worked from the same port and cord for as long as I can remember, and I get the "limited or no connectivity" and it won't connect, the thing is my wireless connection works brilliantly. Ok so let me start by saying that I have tried the standard methods as far as I know them:
1. ipconfig(release, renew, etc)
2. Unistalled and re-installed NIC Drivers
3. Checked the cable and connection with other computers on the network
4. Ran the WinSok fix

I wonder if I am missing something, or if my card is bad, PLEAS HELP!!

Who is your ISP? If it's something like Comcast, install their software on your 9880 and the problem should be fixed.
